QRGate solutions

Easy setup

QRGate does not ask for complex attendance infrastructure. QR codes are placed at your entry points, employees use the mobile app, and the system is ready to work within a short time.

About the solution

Moving to an attendance system is usually associated with turnstiles, card readers and cabling. QRGate needs none of that: place a QR code plate at the entry point and invite your employees to the app.

No separate hardware is purchased - the system runs on the employee's own phone. Opening a new branch repeats the same steps, so growth does not create new installation work.

As a result the trial stage starts without a long preparation and the first attendance records appear the same day.

How does it work?

  1. The QR code is prepared

A code is generated in the panel for each entry point and printed

  2. The code is put in place

It goes on the door or the reception desk - no extra hardware

  3. Employees are invited

The team is added in the panel and installs the app on their phones

  4. The system goes live

The first scanned code shows up in the panel immediately

Centralized panel

Branches, employees, attendance, late arrivals and reports are managed from a single panel. Management follows the daily picture and the key indicators from one place.

More

GPS control

At the moment of check-in the employee can be matched against the permitted location. Records made outside that location are identified, which helps close the gaps in supervision.

More

Camera control

A photo of the employee can be captured during check-in as an extra visual confirmation. It makes each record easier to verify and lets questionable cases be reviewed afterwards.
