# Scheduled reports bring the numbers to you on time

A chosen report can be set up in advance to be prepared daily, weekly or monthly and delivered to the right people. That removes the recurring end-of-month chain of assembling, reformatting and sending the same report.

## What changed

QRGate now offers scheduled reports. You pick the report once, give it a name, set how often and at what time it should be produced, and define the recipients and the scope - from then on it is prepared and delivered that way.

The frequency can be daily, weekly or monthly. Weekly asks for a day of the week, monthly for a day of the month, and both take the time of day at which the report is produced.

## Which reports

Check-ins, check-outs, late arrivals, early leavers, worked days, leave, time off, overtime, out-of-location records and device reports can all be scheduled. The file is produced as Excel or PDF.

## Who receives it

The recipient is chosen to match the company structure: the owner, a selected user or employee, admins with a given role, or the people responsible for the branch and department the report covers.

The scope can be narrowed too - a report can cover the whole company or only a selected branch, department or section. A branch manager therefore receives their own area rather than the entire network.

## Why it matters

Regular reporting consumes invisible time. The same cut is rebuilt every week or every month, converted into the same format and sent to the same people - and the risk of forgetting one step never goes away.

Scheduling turns that chain into a one-time setup. Management receives the numbers without asking, and HR spends its time on what the report shows rather than on producing it.

## What stays the same

Building and exporting a report at any moment works exactly as before. Scheduling does not replace it - it only automates the repeating delivery.
