Follow employee check-ins, check-outs and attendance data digitally. Late arrivals and daily activity become easy to see, and management gets oversight that is transparent and simple to follow.

A paper logbook or a spreadsheet only shows attendance once the day is over. With QRGate check-ins and check-outs are recorded digitally: who started work, who arrived late and who has not checked in yet is visible during the day.

Every record is stored together with its date, time and entry point. There is nothing to collect at the end of the month - the figures are already in the panel and can be reviewed for any period.

Attendance stops being a matter of argument: the manager and the employee look at exactly the same record.

## How it works

- **An entry point is created** - A QR code is generated in the panel for an office, branch or site
- **The employee scans** - The code is read with the mobile app on arrival and on leaving
- **The record is stored** - Date, time and entry point are kept together
- **Reports are read** - Late arrivals, attendance and working hours appear in the panel at once
