A photo of the employee can be captured during check-in as an extra visual confirmation. It makes each record easier to verify and lets questionable cases be reviewed afterwards.

At some sites it is necessary to confirm visually who made the check-in. QRGate can capture a photo of the employee at that moment.

The photo is stored together with the record, so if a doubtful case appears management can look back at that exact check-in - a concrete record instead of explanations and argument.

The feature is switched on according to the needs of the site; a company can use it for everyone or only for selected groups.

## How it works

- **The feature is switched on** - Photo confirmation is enabled only for the chosen sites
- **A photo is taken on scan** - The picture completes the record while the code is read
- **The photo is stored with the record** - It is archived with the date, time and entry point
- **It is reviewed later** - A questionable case is settled by looking at the photo

## Who is it for

- **Manufacturing plants** - When shift records need visual confirmation
- **Warehouse and logistics sites** - To make check-ins of large teams precise
- **Teams working in shifts** - To confirm records made during night shifts
- **Companies reducing disputes** - To close the "but I was here" discussion with a record
